Safeguard Security provides a wide range of security products and services that make use of the latest technology to ensure its clients receive world class security services and are well protected.

The company has state-of-the-art security solutions to suit residential premises, banks, shops, embassies, industries, farms, mines, offices and virtually any other premises.

Safeguard’s security services include security guards, emergency response, cash-in-transit services, guard dogs and handlers, alarms and private investigations.

It has several unique security products that include top of the range closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras that are linked to Safeguard’s monitoring centre, as well as a smart phone controlled home security system.

Safeguard’s rapid response customers can have a panic button programmed on their cellphones free of charge to allow them to request assistance in an emergency, wherever they may be in the country provided there is a mobile network connection.

Its home and business premises alarm systems can be programmed to provide fire and medical emergency panic buttons. When these are pressed, Safeguard calls in the fire brigade or an ambulance service with which it has an agreement as well as sending its own rapid response team to the premises.

Safeguard’s cash-in-transit service collects and delivers cash and other valuables in armoured vehicles manned by armed guards. The cash-in-transit vehicles are satellite tracked and monitored through internal and external CCTV cameras.

The investigations division provides private investigation services that can, for instance, be used to investigate thefts and fraud within an organisation or trace missing persons.

The same division also conducts truth verification tests to eliminate suspects in a private investigation and to verify the honesty of employees or potential employees, especially in businesses where honesty is particularly important.

Safeguard’s engineering division installs physical security barriers such as electric fences and gates, burglar bars and Xpanda security doors and screens to provide added protection for doors and windows.

The popular Xpanda T-Max and X-Door security gates are assembled locally, enabling Safeguard to install them within days of their being ordered.

The importance of effective security measures both at home and business premises has never been more important, according to Safeguard Security group chief executive Andrew Mallon.

“The level of crime in Zimbabwe has risen considerably, making it essential to have the right level of security provided by an experienced and reliable security company.

SAFEGUARD TWO LAST

“Those with little security consciousness and without any security systems in place are those most often targeted by thieves and robbers.

“Safeguard has over forty years’ experience in the security industry. We continuously keep abreast of modern developments within the global security industry and are proud to say we can provide customised security solutions that can meet any individual or businesses requirements,” Mr Mallon said.
